- Syed Saheb Pasha – Promoter Director
Syed Saheb Pasha Quadri is a Promoter Director at KBN Global Projects, bringing with him over 15 years of rich experience in the real estate and construction industry. A qualified Mechanical Engineer (B.E.), he has built a distinguished career working across the UAE and India.
His professional journey includes a tenure with British Gas Company in the UAE, where he honed his technical and project management skills before transitioning fully into the construction and land development sector in 2006.
With extensive expertise in land and property dealings, regulatory documentation, and securing approvals from various government departments, Mr. Quadri has been instrumental in shaping residential and commercial developments in and around Gulbarga. His in-depth understanding of the real estate landscape continues to drive KBN Global Projects toward successful project execution.
- Mohammad Shafaath Hussain – Promoter Director
Mohammed Shafaath Hussain is a Promoter Director at KBN Global Projects, with a strong academic background holding an MBA degree and extensive leadership experience. He began his professional journey in the telecom sector, working in top-level management roles with Airtel from 2004 to 2009.
Following that, he served as a Branch Manager at ICICI Prudential from 2009 to 2016, where he refined his skills in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
In 2016, Mr. shafaath Hussain partnered with Syed Saheb Pasha to bring their shared vision to life by establishing the KBN Global Group. With a sharp focus on operational excellence, he specializes in the execution of construction works, timely procurement of quality materials at the best prices, and efficient management of manpower and contractors. His commitment to precision, efficiency, and leadership continues to play a vital role in the success and growth of KBN Global Projects.
- Mohammed Kasim Nagral –C.F.O.
Mohammed Kasim Nagral serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at KBN Global Projects, bringing a strong academic foundation with qualifications in CA-Final and M.Com, along with over a decade of extensive experience in financial audits, tax consultancy, and managing accounts for key builders and developers.
In his role at KBN Global Projects, Mr. Kasim oversees the company’s financial operations with precision and expertise. He is responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring statutory compliances such as GST, RERA, and Income Tax, and driving financial strategies that support sustainable growth.
With his deep understanding of the financial intricacies specific to the real estate and construction sector, Mr. Kasim plays a crucial role in strengthening the company’s fiscal health and regulatory compliance, contributing to its continued success and credibility.
